This Privacy Policy is applicable exclusively to the mobile application named MiraVo (referred to as the "App"), made available on Google Play.
YOUcEN (referred to as the "Developer," "we," "our," or "us") serves as the creator, proprietor, and operator of the App. Throughout this Privacy Policy, all references to "we," "our," or "us" designate YOUcEN as the legal entity overseeing the operation of MiraVo.
In the event that you acquired MiraVo from Google Play, this Privacy Policy shall govern how your information is collected, used, stored, and disclosed during your use of the App.
Certain AI-powered editing, enhancement, and rendering functionalities within MiraVo are delivered through secure cloud processing. Cloud processing occurs exclusively when you intentionally activate a feature requiring server-side computation.
Your images, videos, or other media are sent to our secure servers only after you actively select a cloud-based feature and explicitly begin the processing. MiraVo does not upload your personal media automatically, in the background, or without your direct interaction. Before any upload is initiated, the App clearly notifies you that cloud processing is required.
Uploaded media is stored only for as long as necessary to complete the requested processing. Original uploaded files along with generated results are automatically and permanently removed within 72 hours after processing concludes. YOUcEN retains no backups of your uploaded media and refrains from using your content for advertising, AI model training, profiling, or any unrelated purpose.
Industry-standard TLS encryption protects all uploads and downloads. Access to uploaded content is strictly restricted to automated processing systems and authorized infrastructure required to fulfill the requested service.
We make every effort to configure the AI model as appropriately as possible. However, you may still encounter content that feels unsuitable to you. If you come across anything offensive or inappropriate, please report it to us at Lahceneelabbassi@gmail.com. We will take swift action, and your feedback also helps us enhance the algorithm over time.
To provide you with better products, efficient services, and an improved user experience, we may request certain permissions on your device when offering additional features. With your consent and following the principle of collecting only the minimum necessary data, we may access the following permissions and the corresponding information:
The data connected to these permissions is deemed sensitive. If you choose not to grant a permission, only the specific feature requiring it will become unavailable; your ability to use other app functions will not be impacted. You can verify the current status of your permissions at any time through your device's system settings. You are free to turn any or all of these permissions on or off according to your own preferences.
Please be aware that when you grant a permission, you are authorizing us to collect and use the related personal information solely for the purpose of providing the corresponding service. Should you later turn off a permission, this cancels or revokes your prior authorization, and we will stop collecting or using personal information based on that permission from that point forward. However, disabling a permission will not affect any data collection or usage that occurred while the permission was still enabled.
To deliver core features, process analytics, and support in-app purchases, MiraVo integrates with the following third-party software development kits (SDKs). Each SDK may collect and process certain device and usage data as described below. All such processing occurs only after you have consented to this Privacy Policy.
We collect and examine data to continuously improve our Service and user experience. This information is processed in aggregated form, allowing us to better understand usage patterns and refine our products. Such summarized insights may be shared with our affiliates, agents, and business partners for purposes including research, development, and commercial planning. Please be assured that this data is anonymized and does not personally identify you or your end users.
Consistent with this policy, we may use the information you provide to deliver our services or to communicate with you. Specific use cases are as follows:

While using our app, you retain full control over your information and may delete saved records at any time. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that data removal is possible. Please be aware that once data is deleted, it cannot be restored. If you have any questions regarding your deletion rights, feel free to reach out to our support team for help.
Like most online services, we make use of cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies. Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive or in your device's memory. They hold information about how you use our services, aiding with tasks such as user authentication, remembering your preferences and settings, analyzing traffic and usage patterns, measuring ad campaign performance, and enabling social features. Web beacons are small pieces of software placed on web pages or in emails, which help us comprehend your interaction with that content.
Most web browsers accept cookies by default. You can usually adjust your browser settings to remove or block browser cookies if you wish. Please be aware, however, that doing so may affect the availability and functionality of our services.
We use third-party analytics tools to measure traffic and usage trends for our services. These tools gather data sent by your device or our services, including the pages you visit, add-ons you use, and other information that helps us improve our offerings. This analytics data is combined with similar data from other users in a way that does not reasonably identify any specific individual.
We partner with third-party advertising agencies to display ads on the internet or other media. To assess ad effectiveness and determine payment amounts to these agencies, we incorporate third-party modules into our applications. Furthermore, we may include such modules to better understand how users interact with our services.
Your personal data is retained by us for a duration of 48 months. We may keep and utilize your information as required to satisfy legal obligations (such as adhering to applicable laws), settle disputes, and enforce our agreements and policies.
Usage Data is likewise retained for internal analytical purposes. Such data is typically stored for a briefer period unless it is required to strengthen security, enhance our Service functionality, or we are legally obligated to retain it for an extended period.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. The SDKs listed above share data only with their respective providers for the purposes stated, and we contractually require them to process data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
YOUcEN refrains from selling, renting, or trading your personal information to any third party. Personal information is shared by us solely when required to provide the services you request, operate and maintain MiraVo, process transactions, comply with applicable laws, or safeguard our legal rights and the security of our services.
To provide the core functionality of MiraVo, we work with carefully selected third-party service providers. These providers support services such as user authentication, payment processing, analytics, installation attribution, cloud infrastructure, fraud prevention, and application performance monitoring.
Depending on the feature you use, these providers may process limited categories of information, including:
Each third-party provider processes personal information solely for the purpose of delivering the services they perform on our behalf and in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable data protection laws. We do not authorize our service providers to use your personal information for their own independent advertising or marketing purposes.
Where you choose to voluntarily upload photos, videos, or other media for processing powered by AI, your content is employed solely to generate the results you request.
Your uploaded content is never sold, licensed, or disclosed to third parties for advertising, profiling, or the training of general artificial intelligence models. Media files are processed exclusively for the requested service and are automatically removed in line with the retention period set forth in this Privacy Policy.
We may disclose your personal information only when we believe such disclosure is necessary to:

Although we assign high priority to protecting your data, please be aware that no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is entirely secure. Even though we strive to protect your personal information through industry-standard practices, absolute security cannot be assured.
In the event that we learn of a security breach impacting your personal information, we will inform you as mandated by applicable laws. By using the Platform, you agree to accept such notifications electronically.
